A Lebanese director and visual artist, Amin Dora won the International Digital Emmy Award in 2011 for  directing Shankaboot, the world's first Arabic Web Drama series.

His graduate student project, Greyscale, a short stop-animation, won national and international awards at festivals, and cast Dora as a director to watch.

Since 2004, Dora has worked in advertising, distinguishing himself for his creative approach and his love of experimenting with new styles. He's directed over 200 campaigns for brands like Coca-Cola and Audi Bank.

After the release of his first feature,  Ghadi, Dora was selected as one of 30 Lebanese personalities who made the year in 2014 in L’Orient le Jour.

Ghadi's, international premier was at the Busan International Film Festival in South Korea, in 2014 where it won the prestigious KNN Audience Choice Award.  It also received The Washington Filmfest DC Audience Award, the Mannheim-Heidelberg International Filmfest Audience Award, and the Jury Prize at the Rome francophone film festival

Ghadi was Lebanon's official Oscar entry for 2014.
