Salem Brahimi / Let Them Come
Born in London, of Algerian descent. Salem Brahimi is the son of consummate conflict moderator and UN diplomat, Lakhdar Brahimi.
Brahimi started his career as the production manager on French film director Claire Denis' highly acclaimed Beau Travail in 1999.
He then went on to direct documentaries including Africa is Back (2010) about the return of the Pan-African Festival of Algiers and Abd El-Kader (2014), a mixed live action/animation on the admired 19th century Algerian leader and humanitarian.
Let Them Come (2015) is his first feature.
